JAZZ 2 (Ages 7-9) and JAZZ 3 (Ages 9-11)
Jazz is one of our most popular classes. It is a genre that we often see fused with contemporary, hip hop, or cheer. Our dancers will learn the proper fundamental jazz skills such as turns, kicks, and leaps and incorporate it with fun, trendy, stylized choreography. Our class levels progress and increase with more challenging skills as well as focuses on flexibility and performance skills.

BALLET
Ballet is at the foundation of all dance genres. It builds strength and flexibility while teaching an artform that has been around for over 100 years. Our classical ballet program incorporates barre exercises, center work, and various classical and new combos for our dancers to experience. Each year, our ballet dancers participate in their own ballet production that is separate from the studio recital. If your dancer is interested in taking one of our ballet classes, please let us know and we will direct you to the right class for your dancer. As dancers progress in age, they will take two ballet classes a week instead of one. Ballet is a required class for all competition dancers.

POINTE PREP (Ages 10+)
Pointe is a tough yet beautiful and fascinating skill to perform. All dancers at the appropriate age may take Pointe Prep. In this class our focus is to ensure that our dancers are strong enough to start on pointe by demonstrating correct technique and strength in their technique shoes. A dancer will progress from Pointe Prep to Pointe 1 and then to Pointe 2 by the recommendation of their ballet teacher.

CONTEMPORARY 1
This beginning contemporary class is a fun way to experience an ever changing and very popular genre. It is a great class to bring your own personality to each movement.
